In 2022, we launched our first commercial U.S. farm in Indianapolis—proving that fresh, locally grown shrimp isn’t just for coastal regions. The climate-controlled Shrimpbox Blue Whale adapts for modular setups, thriving through tough Midwest winters thanks to its robust insulation and year-round reliability. Already recognized with multiple awards, this forward-thinking approach is igniting excitement for sustainable aquaculture.

Oaxaca Farm:
Where It All Began

The birthplace of our most advanced solutions.

Located in southern Mexico, our Oaxaca farm was our very first facility—where we pioneered the fundamentals of regenerative aquaculture by turning biofloc waste into valuable resources for the environment. Acting as a living innovation lab, it’s here that every new idea—from feed formulations to water recycling—is developed and tested. Unlike traditional shrimp operations, we prioritize keeping the coastal environment pristine, setting a global blueprint for sustainable aquaculture and laying the foundation for all future Shrimpbox models.
